Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 0-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on our Phone or through the Shipping Partner.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or missing package, please contact our customer service team at support@litway.in or (+91) 6385432172. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the package reshipped to the correct address or receive a refund for the order (shipping fees are non-refundable).
